Anytime a customer opts out of CCA service, PG&E will automatically place an Account level Opt-out on the account number. Therefore, any SAID/DaxRef under that account will not be enrolled in CCA service after the account level opt out has been processed.
If PG&E did not place an automatic Account Level Opt-out, the customer will need to contact PG&E after opting out to have an Account Level Opt-out placed onto their PG&E account. Terminated accounts will not be eligible for PG&E to apply an Account Level Opt-out.
