Can an Immediate Opt Out be rescinded?

Each day at 7:00 pm, the previous day’s Opt-in or Opt-out requests are sent to PG&E to process, excluding Opt-out 6-month delay customers. Immediate Opt-out customers may cancel their opt-out if it is done on the same day of their request.

• Customers who opt out Friday after 7:00 pm & Saturday are not able to cancel their request.
