6-month Opt-out report is a manual process that is sent to PG&E weekly (every Friday), capturing customers who requested a 6-month delay in their opt-out the prior week (Friday -Thursday).
- Customers’ requests to cancel an opt-out must be done before end of day Thursday.
- Customers who request to cancel an opt-out after end of day Thursday can only be done through a retro return process.
