Which Form Type Should I Use?

Form Types:

Billing Info Request

All billing inquires. Examples would be bill discrepancies highlighted by customers, NEM questions, double bills, discounts not be applied, etc.

Enhancement Request

IT projects required to comply with PG&E/CPUC/CEC rules and regulations.

Report Request

Used for all report requests. Some examples would be DAC GT report, NEM report, customer data feed, etc.

Access Request

Password resets and access issues to AWS and Salesforce (if applicable).

SQMD Request

SQMD related requests or inquires. Some examples would be researching discrepancies in SQMD data, generator suppression list, etc.

SMD Request

SMD related requests or inquires. Some examples would be researching discrepancies or a question in SMD Data.

QRE Request

QRE projects requests or inquires. Some examples would be new QRE project requests, questions about submissions, and research in discrepancies.

Audit Request

All requests related to an audit. Some examples would be Attestation letter request, audit data for DAC GT,  security data needed for audit, etc.

General Request

All other inquiries. Some examples would be retro returns, application of payments, and all general questions.

Data Analytics Request

All data analysis requests. An example would be debt collection analysis. 

Customer Programs Request

Program related requests excluding reporting and analysis. Some examples would be a request for customer program enrollment or customer credits to be applied under an existing program.

Market Research Request

Market Research related request would include customer research, usability testing, or mass and digital marketing.

Contact Center Requests

Some examples of would be outbound call requests from our CSRs, check validation requests, and CRM notation requests. 

Customization Request

IT projects to deliver on custom rate structures or customer programs.
