What happens to my ticket after I submit it?
The CES Support Team will receive a notification that there is a new request. We will review the request for completeness and understanding. If there is anything else we need to know, we will send you an email.
Once the ticket is ready, it will be assigned to a CES team member to complete. You will be able to view your ticket's status at:
My Activities > Requests > My Requests
Once completed, we will notify you and provide any final deliverable.
